- How do I use Mendula's web page?
You can access the page as a guest or as a registered user. Registered users are not required to fill out the necessary data (e.g. name, last name, address). The data is uploaded automatically and the users can also access their order history.
- How can I order Mendula products?
You can order the products by simply adding them to your shopping cart. The shopping cart clearly shows the selected products, quantities, individual prices, and the total amount of your order. You can remove the products or change quantities. When you are happy with your selection, continue to chekout, following the steps on the screen.
- What are the payment options?
You can pay for your order by internet banking, by payment slip, or direct payment to the OPG Ivana Prah (Ivana Prah family farm) transfer account at your bank, post office, etc.

Conversion statement (for payments effected outside Croatia)
All the payments are effected in Croatian kuna. If you are making payment outside Croatia, the amount is converted into your local currency at the exchange rate set by your bank or other financial institution and received in Croatian kuna at our transfer account in Croatia. The officer at your bank will automatically convert the total amount for your purchase in Croatian kuna to your local currency, depending on the exchange rate that day, and inform you upon the amount.

- Delivery options and estimated delivery dates
The delivery services are provided by the Croatian national postal service of Hrvatska pošta in Croatia and Worldwide. We also deliver Worldwide.
The shipping costs are calculated by the total weight of purchased products (in grams), for Croatia and Worldwide. The shipping costs are calculated automatically with the filling out of the data on the order and by choosing the courier service. For more information on shipping costs, see section: Shipping costs.
The orders are handed for delivery within three working days after the payment was effectuated by the buyer and registered by Mendula Natural Cosmetics.
